Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care, including infection control and medication administration. Oversee the implementation of clinical protocols related to anatomy knowledge, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance patient care plans. Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards. Provide training and education to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures. Address any staffing issues or conflicts promptly to maintain a cohesive work environment. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Proven experience in a nursing management role or similar position. Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control practices, and sterile processing techniques. Proficiency in medication administration and IV infusion protocols. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation. Experience in team management with excellent communication skills. Background in emergency medicine and behavioral health is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
