Maintains and implements cost containment measures. Initiates communication with the Chief Nursing Officer in areas that require feedback. Participates as a member of the QAPI and Infection Control Committees. Provides and ensures new staff with orientation, training and development. Provides timely in-services on an as needed basis. Provides medication control in close collaboration with the Pharmacy department.
