We get it: You love what you do, but the work-life balance of the nursing profession is often lacking. That’s why our nurse-founded solution is focused on empowering nurses to do their best while giving facilities a better way to manage their staffing needs: A true win-win solution. IntelyCare was founded on the principle that nursing professionals are happier, more-fulfilled, and better able to perform at a high level when they have stability and flexibility.
