The Home provides care and services to residents living independently, as well as to those requiring personal, assisted living, intermediate and skilled care. Nursing PRN (Pool - as needed) *This position will work an average of 6 shifts per month & 1250 hours per year* **This position is considered part-time with no benefits** Job Location: 300 South McCormick Prescott, Arizona 86303 Posting Details: Hourly Pay Rate for RN: $43.56 + shift differential for evening and overnight shifts Hourly Pay Rate for LPN: $33.17 + shift differential for evening and overnight shifts Grade: 01 Job Summary: Responsible for the administration of medications and treatments to include documentation of receiving, noting and implementation of medical provider orders; initiating, updating, maintenance and implementation of resident care plans; performing resident assessments and evaluations; supervision of care provided by nursing assistants during a shift of care; as well as other duties in the provision of care in the geriatric resident. Resolves interpersonal conflicts, work procedure issues, and answers questions regarding care.
