Current Openings : Full Time Days & Nights(12 hours) $4500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME!!! About the Role: As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) , you’ll be on the front lines of quality elder care. You’ll work closely with our nursing staff to provide daily support and assistance to residents—helping with everything from personal hygiene and mobility to emotional support and companionship. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding) Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff Support residents’ emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives. Be sensitive to residents' families and respond in an appropriate professional way as the situation requires. Keep residents' bed, dresser, bathroom, and general living area clean and tidy. Provides oversight and guidance to the licensed staff (LPNs, GNAs, CMAs) on the resident care team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Registered Nurse Supervisor RN will direct the performance of nursing personnel, under the medical direction of the residents' attending physician's and the Director of Nursing Services Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by facility Responsibility for complying with facility policies and procedures and making recommendations for revisions Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that resident's total regimen of care is maintained Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program Participate in facility surveys (inspections) Assist in planning the nursing services portion of the resident' discharge plan as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, current licensure with State Board of Nursing Examiners. . Must be able to speak, read, write the English language.
