Notify the Care Manager of client concerns, changes in care or client condition and client emergencies. Notify the Care Manager and/or Staffing Coordinator of any safety concerns. Follow company Infection Control practices; notify the office if in need of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or supplies. Follow the WellSky/ClearCare App Instructions to clock in and clock out for all scheduled shifts and accurately update your task status for each client prior to clocking out and leaving the client’s home. Complete ongoing training as required by client care needs and/or changes in company policies and procedures. Attend staff meetings.
