Seeking RN for Family Center. Part Time Day Shift. Will work 48 hours bi-weekly (two shifts each week) from 7:00a - 7:30p. Holiday rotation, weekend & on-call requirements. Job Summary Family Center is a 27 bed unit specializing in couplet care, newborn assessment services and antepartum patient services. The RN i ndependently provides patient care using the nursing process and performs leadership and teaching duties necessary that supports effective patient care. Supports and participates in continuous quality improvement activities. Functions within the limits of the State and Federal licensing, regulatory bodies and hospital policies. Essential Functions: Assesses the biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge planning of patients according to nursing standards. Uses knowledge and experience in identifying patient needs and prioritizing treatment. Recognizes and accurately documents and communicates subtle changes in patient assessment. Provides initial assessment and reassessments according to current organizational and department standards for Assessment of Patients and Nursing Assessment and documents according to policy. PAY: 80 $-100$ Per Hour Position Summary: We are looking to hire a licensed Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatric-Mental Health) or licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to conduct comprehensive developmental and autism diagnostic evaluations . The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with children and comfortable using standardized assessment tools. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct full diagnostic evaluations for children suspected of autism and/or developmental delays. Administer and score standardized tools including: CARS-2 (Childhood Autism Rating Scale) GARS-3 or equivalent M-CHAT-R/F (for toddlers) Optional: TELE-ASD-PEDS or BOSA for observational support Evaluate for related concerns including: ADHD, Speech and language delays Cognitive and neurological developmental delays. Conduct caregiver interviews in line with DSM-5 criteria Write and deliver comprehensive diagnostic reports suitable for insurance and treatment planning.
