GRADE 22 LOCATION OF POSITION MDH, Eastern Shore Hospital Center, Cambridge, MD Main Purpose of Job This position functions on the full performance level of a Registered Nurse Supervisor responsible for providing coordination and supervision of all facility nursing care services/issues under the supervision of a Director of Nursing/Assistant Director of Nursing and reports to the Nursing Administration Team. This position provides 24-hour (0800 – 1630, 1600 – 0030, and 0000-0830) facility coverage to ensure nursing care is delivered consistently in accordance with Nurse Practice Act standards, MDH, facility and department guidelines. This position supports the mission of the organization through active participation in clinical efforts to provide treatment in a recovery-oriented environment.
