CRNA Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary $249,600 (4 shifts per pay period) $2,400 per shift $26,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) Prorated benefits based on FTE: Paid Time Off (PTO) Annual CME Allowance Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical, dental, vision, life, disability 401(k) with Employer Contribution + Flexible Spending Accounts Malpractice Insurance Provided (W2 only) Clinician-Led, Physician-Owned Group Professional development, mentoring, and wellness support Practice Overview Primary Location : St. Joseph’s Medical Center – Stockton, CA Practice Environment : 355-bed regional medical center (Common Spirit Hospital System) The Anesthesiology department is diverse, consisting of 12 physicians, over 30 independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians providing services for up to 16 anesthetizing locations daily. The annual anesthesia case volume is approx. 14,300 cases, consisting of ~ 9,000 surgical cases, 800 cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, and interventional radiology. OB services with 3,000 births annually Multi-provider anesthesia team with an average of 250-300 births per month, averaging 4 epidurals and 3 c-sections per day 2 Obstetric operating rooms and 8 labor rooms in a recently renovated pavilion Qualifications: Experience at an independent practice site, 2+ years Prior OB experience Proficiency with spinals and epidurals Active state RN and CRNA licenses Board certification required ACLS | PALS | BLS Who We’re Looking For Part-Time CRNAs Confident, Motivated Professionals Who Value Autonomy 2+ Years Experienced CRNAs No new graduates for this position (please see other positions for new graduates within Somnia) Decision Making Skills and Ability to Work With an Underserved, High-Accuity Patient Population High Level of Interest in Collaboration with Learners and Students Location Highlights St. Joseph’s is centrally and conveniently located only 50 minutes from Sacramento , only 90 minutes from San Francisco and Yosemite National Park , and only a few hours away from Lake Tahoe .
