CMA/NCT Clinic Lead - Culebra

Reporting to the Area Manager, Practice Manager or Regional Operations Manager, the Medical Assistant - NCT Clinic Lead coordinates and oversees activities of the clinic and the clinic team members to ensure compassionate, effective and efficient delivery of high-quality clinical care for patients while providing on-site subject matter expertise in the assigned clinic. Patient Relations Monitor patient interactions to assure high quality and appropriate employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies. Certificate/License: Current Certification as a Medical Assistant through one of the following programs is preferred (RMA, AAMA, NCCT, CMAC, AMCA). Current BLS certification is required.
