Obtain residents weight, vitals and conduct blood sugar checks as directed. Report results to the resident care manager/ resident care specialist. Adhere to procedures regarding equipment, cleaners and other hazardous materials and report incidents or accidents in a timely fashion. Attend mandatory in –service meetings and other continuing education opportunities as report incidents or accidents in a timely fashion. Other Functions and Responsibilities Capture ancillary supply costs for billable supplies provided to resident Clean up spills, soiled areas and other conditions as observed or directed. Perform general housekeeping and laundry duties as required. Assist with kitchen and dining room tasks associated with resident meals, including preparatory work, serving, cleaning up, and setting tables, taking out trash and other related duties as required. Participate in or lead leisure activities as planned by the Life Engagement team. Assist and remind residents to participate in activities.
