About the Role Assist individuals with daily living activities such as hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and communication. Provide emotional and behavioral support to individuals with maladaptive behaviors. Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by the interdisciplinary team. Promote independence and self-determination in a safe and structured environment. Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care. These positions are considered essential personnel and would be required to work in the event of an emergency or facility need. Assist with continence management and dispose of all continence products properly to ensure sanitation of resident suite and community restrooms using standard care procedures. Help residents maintain independence and physical safety and promote dignity of each resident adhering to the standards of Resident Rights and Sunrise Principles of Service.
